Collaborating with stakeholders across departments, you will analyse business processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and facilitatethe successful implementation of initiatives.Responsibilities of the Business Analyst include:* Collaborating with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements * Conducting thorough analysis to identify areas for process optimisation * Developing and presenting recommendations to enhance operational efficiency * Supporting the implementation and testing of new systems or proceduresYOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:To excel in this role, you will need:* Proven experience as a Business Analyst, ideally within the airline or travel industry * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities * Proficiency in Agile methodologies and project management tools * Knowledge of airline operations and industry-specific regulations (preferred)THE BENEFITS:In return for your expertise, you will receive a competitive daily rate of £350-£450, along with the opportunity to work on a high-impact project within a dynamic and collaborative environment.
