A really exciting opportunity for a Building Surveyor to join a well-established and reputable firm of Surveyors with the chance to further develop and progress your career to become fully chartered, if not already. This company are a well established practice of chartered surveyors who are renowned for their high quality residential projects, however they have also touched on a number of commercial projects. Looking to expand the business as it grows, our client is aclose knit team who pride themselves on delivering a high quality and friendly service to their clientele.In this role you will be based out of their London office working on site in the surrounding areas. Projects will range in size within the residential sectors. Working closely with the team, you will conduct condition surveys, homebuyer reports, RICS level2 -3 Surveys, disrepair surveys, feasibility studies, site inspections, contract administration and writing up reports.The ideal candidate will either be AssocRICS or MRICS qualified, you will have a good knowledge of building surveying with minimum 3-5 years experience in a similar role, and is able to communicate effectively with the team whilst proactively managing yourown workload.
