Job Description

Building Surveyor£35,000 - £45,000CityTHE COMPANY: A property consultancy with offices based in the City are looking for a Building Surveyor to join the team on a permanent basis. THE ROLE:The Building Surveyor’s duties will include:

  • Carrying out building inspections and preparing reports
  • Building client relationships
  • Supporting the team with any technical queries
  • Assisting with pitches and face to face meetings
  • Assisting with project management
  • Developing strong internal relationships
THE PERSON:
  • Previous experience working as a Building Surveyor
  • Confident in running project management contracts
  • Chartered status (MRICS) qualification
  • Excellent client communication
  • Outstanding attention to detail
  • Ability to service clients end to end
