We are currentlyrecruiting for an experienced Mechanical & Electrical field engineer based in London. You will be working with our commercial clients such as banks, healthcare, Leisure Centres, Retail and Private Organisations. Key Skills Faulting and repairs of AHUS / Chillers/ HVAC Systems fan motors, 3phase motors, motors, inverters, pumps, filters, belts, water testing, L8, plumbing, generators, down flow units Electrics including emergency lighting, fire alarm systems, rewires, installation and maintenance Essential Qualifications/ Experience Electrical qualifications ( 17th or 18th edition, Electrical Installation etc ) FGAS - desirable but not required PASMA/IPAF/CSCS Card - desirable but not required Package £42,000-£48,000pa 40 hour week No-on call rota KPI Bonus Door to door payment23 + 8 days holiday Private use of the van Pension Air conditioned van Tools Phone Tablet/Laptop To Apply If you are interested in this Building Services position, please either apply via the link or send your CV .
