Very friendly and team orientated.Principal Duties:To carry out plumbing duties and Mechanical plant PPMS e.g. AHUs, Spilt Units, Fan Coils, Compressors.Support with cross discipline PPMs as required water safety PPMs, Patient room PPMs, handy man workTo work on planned preventive maintenance schedules, in line with departmental goals and objectives.To respond to emergency maintenance and reactive maintenance as requested.To supervise external contractors as directed by the Chief Engineer.To operate a shift system or On Call as required.Skills & ExperienceTraining in relevant discipline e.g. City & Guilds plumbing, mechanical3-5 years experience in similar organisation, Healthcare is an advantage.Experience and knowledge of Building Services on a wide range of differentMechanical systems from pumps, valves and calorifiers to plumbing installs andMaintenance as well as general Building Service duties.This is sort after position so why wait apply now!
