A large Lloyds Broker has a fantastic opportunity for a Broker Support Technician.The Broker Support role is to provide North American Property and casualty with a timely and accurate support service to Brokers, underwriters and clients. The role will include the preparation of documentation for example. slips, endorsements, all formsof evidence of cover including policies/wordings as applicable for the classes of business.Key ResponsibilitiesEndorsements Noting of endorsements with underwriters, processing and submitting to technical using internal systems.Formal QuotesProcessing of formal quotes for all markets using MS Word Templates and PolicyFly system. Handling the agreement of formal documents with underwriters and sending to agents.Firm OrdersUploading correspondence to DMS. Completing check sheets and submitting for processing.RenewalsSending monthly renewal notices to agents. Sending renewals spreadsheet to brokers to update weekly.Data InputUpdating Risk Data bordereaux with all firm orders & extracting monthly data when required. Updating agent specific data on various spreadsheets.Key Skills & ExperienceThe client is looking for someone who has started or would like to complete CII examinations. The candidate should have strong attention to detail including high level of accuracy checking information, inputting data and completing documentation conscientiously.They should have excellent communication skills, both verbally and written, in a professional business context. They should be able to prioritise workloads, manage time effectively under pressure and to deadlines. The client is looking for someone who hasthe ability to work as part of a team, effectively balancing individual contributions and supportively collaborating with colleagues.
