A leading media technology services company based in London is looking for 3 x Broadcast Support Engineers to join its team on a permanent basis. Working as a hands-on Broadcast Support Engineer, you will work to provide technical support to their clients ensuring issues are resolved quickly and efficiently and escalating to the relevant parties when required. You will provide support across all broadcast services including distribution, media management services, linear and non-linear playout as well as live production systems.To be considered for this role, applicants should be educated to degree level or equivalent in a technical engineering related discipline. Commercial experience working as a Broadcast Engineer providing support to playout automation systems such as Morpheus, ITX and Pebble Beach and Media Asset Management (MAM) / Digital Asset Management (DAM) systems is required as is excellent knowledge of complex broadcast infrastructures. Applicants should have previously worked in a tapeless environment with solid IT experience working with Databases, Windows and Linux operating systems. Strong knowledge of Ingest & QC systems and file based technologies is also important.This is a well rounded role which will allow you to work across a variety of different media services.
