Leading online luxury fashion business is looking for a self-motivated, highly organized individual to join as a Brand Partnerships Coordinator. The successful applicant will be an excellent multitasker whilst being an ambassador for multiple group brands.This role is integral in supporting the team ensuring the affective output of sales collateral & brand relation managementResponsibilities: Ensure the smooth running of the Brand Partnerships Team assisting the team with day to day tasks.Produce seasonal and ad hoc analysis used to make strategic decisions within the marketing Team, the wider business and as required for Senior LeadershipCo-Host with the Business Manager the weekly Brand Partnerships Sales meeting to present current budget statusDeliver and assist in the creation of brand presentation decksAssist the Business Manager with the annual budgeting and quarterly reforecasting for the department, and the monthly and quarterly reconciliation of figures with financeLiaise with the Merchandising Team to ensure accurate communication of seasonal buys and brand marketing investmentLiaise with Beauty Brands to help manage Product Sampling logisticsEssential skills and experience:Bachelor / Master’s degree in Marketing and ManagementIntermediate proficiency of PowerPoint and ExcelTeam player with helpful attitude with willingness to learn and "can-do" approachAbility to build relationships with other internal teams and functions for personal and business developmentGood time management and organization skills with ability to multi-task
