We are working with a fast scaling client in the online wellness space who are looking for a Brand Marketing Manager to join them in their exciting growth. In this role you will reporting to the COO and have ownership of the Marketing function. They arelooking for someone ambitious and excited by the opportunity to be part of a fast scaling company. You will be focusing on strategically developing the brand, growing the affiliate program and building a roster of influencers to create a strong community.The role• Own marketing calendar for activities throughout the year and lead the execution of campaign across all platforms• Analyse the performance of campaigns to understand our audience and continuously improve• Strong reporting skills with the confidence to present to founders and influence• Act as brand guardian of tone of voice, content and creative across all marketing touchpoints• Keep up to speed with relevant brand stories and trends that support strategies and aid the brand to reach new audiences• Work closely with the e-commerce and brand partnerships team to ensure that all marketing activity is consistent and supportive with business goals• Proactively build and identify opportunities to grow brand awareness, brand consistency, that supports customer acquisition, and revenue growth• Ensure all aspects of marketing are on brand, consistent, focused on customer outcomes, and employ best marketing practicesYou• A collaborative individual who can communicate clearly and efficiently with internal and external stakeholders• A strong understanding and interest in the healthy living and wellness space•Proven experience from a brand in the wellness, fitness, health or beauty space• A great network in the influencer space with proven experience of rolling out influencer marketing strategies• Naturally creativeywith commercial awareness of the latest trends• Able to make creative decisions informed by data and customer insights• Naturally ambitious with a can do attitude• A confident writer with excellent attention to detail• Experience creating campaign strategies Proven experience using data and KPIs to inform brand strategy• An understanding of e-commerce
