Job Description

Are youThe positionBy joining our team in Communication you will have the opportunity to:

  • Create the brand positioning strategy for Equinors renewables business in new markets and work hands on to execute on plans.
  • Develop and manage digital and physical branding campaigns across various channels in key markets, including "always on" digital marketing activities for local communities and industry target groups in various geographies.
  • Ensure consistency and an aligned position across renewables flag ship conferences and events.
  • Actively build the brand through supporting sponsorship and local community initiatives in emerging markets and local host communities.
  • Collaborate closely with employer branding to build a strong employer brand in emerging markets and local host communities.

  • Minimum five years of experience with brand building and marketing. Energy industry experience is preferable, but not a requirement.
  • Proven experience working with external agencies, marketing communication tools, including content production and digital marketing.
  • Bachelors or masters degree in relevant field of marketing, communication, business, or similar.
  • Ability to use communication as a business enabler, and to act as a communication advisor to senior management and experts.
  • Experience with event management and planning.
  • Good interpersonal skills, a high degree of integrity and can deliver high-quality work with short deadlines.
  • Fluent in English, both written and oral.
