The RoleAs the Brand and Communications Director, Central Services, you will be pivotal within our Central Brand, Marketing, and Communication team, crucial for the broader Marketing and Business Development function across all five regions. This role demands strategiccollaboration with regional counterparts to shape Norton Rose Fulbright’s brand and communication strategy on a global scale.Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the central communication, brand, and social media team, ensuring a consistent brand presence.
  • Develop a cohesive global content strategy in partnership with regional CMOs.
  • Coordinate the editorial social media calendar for cohesive strategy across regions.
  • Manage the firms visual identity and tone of voice across all channels and regions.
  • Lead global PR efforts and crisis communications, coordinating with major media outlets.
  • Oversee planning and execution of global events.
  • Drive cross-regional content and marketing campaigns for client engagement.
  • Develop a content strategy for the intranet and internal communications.
  • Oversee services delivered by central service provider(s).
Skills and Experience Required
  • Extensive experience in senior communications roles within global firms.
  • Proven track record in developing and implementing communication strategies.
  • Proficiency in digital communication and social media strategy.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Expertise in crisis management and public relations.
  • Familiarity with managing global events and campaigns.
  • Ability to travel as needed to support global operations.
