We are looking for a highly credible and passionate Contact Centre BPO Account Director / VP of Client Services to join our clients growing operations. The organisation have sites throughout the UK and internationally and this role is to specifically focuson the UK client base.** PLEASE NOTE: while this is a hybrid role, there is a requirement to be in London 2 days per week **Facing off to the end client the ideal candidate for this role will be flexible with changing and challenging workloads, will be able to demonstrate success in managing a client in this capacity, understanding their expectations, and delivering change in orderto improve performance.
