Job Description

Job Title: Boutique Sales AssociateLocation: West LondonType: Permanent, Full-timeSalary: £48,000 per annum + BonusWorking Hours: 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM, Monday - Saturday (5 shifts over 6 days)Overview: We are seeking a passionate and customer-focused Boutique Sales Associate to join our clients esteemed team in West London. The ideal candidate will have a background in luxury retail and possess excellent interpersonal skills.This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual who is dedicated to delivering an exceptional customer experience and has a keen interest in the world of high-end retail.Responsibilities:

  1. Customer Engagement:
    • Provide personalised and attentive service to customers, creating a memorable shopping experience.
    • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to foster brand loyalty.
  2. Product Knowledge:
    • Stay informed about the latest trends, collections, and features of our luxury products.
    • Share product knowledge with customers and assist them in making informed purchasing decisions.
  3. Sales Performance:
    • Meet and exceed sales targets through proactive engagement and effective selling techniques.
    • Upsell and cross-sell products to maximise revenue opportunities.
  4. Visual Merchandising:
    • Contribute to maintaining an aesthetically pleasing and organised boutique environment.
    • Assist in setting up displays and ensuring products are presented attractively.
  5. Team Collaboration:
    • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve collective goals.
    • Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive and supportive work environment.
  6. Clientele:
    • Build a client database and engage in effective clientele practices.
    • Follow up with clients and provide personalised recommendations based on their preferences.
  7. Operational Excellence:
    • Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system.
    • Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment as needed.
