Job Description

Part Time Bookkeeper for Art Gallery2 days a week£20,000 - £25,000A Mayfair family business comprising a well-established art gallery and commercial property development venture is looking for a part time bookkeeper to assist them 2 days per week in their office.

  • Looking after the Art gallery and property companies - 5 business accounts in total
  • Do payments/ bank reconciliation and VAT returns.
  • They use Xero, you MUST have experience of using Xero software.
  • Needs to have at least 3 years’ experience & be tech savvy.
Candidates must have:
  • Exceptional organisational skills, the ability to multitask and problem solve.
  • Ability to prioritise workloads.
  • IT literacy and a high level of proficiency using Xero and Excel.
  • Ability to work in a small, close-knit team.
  • Ability to handle high-pressure situations and adapt quickly.
  • Excellent written and spoken English.
