We are looking for a permanent full time "Junior Book keeper" for;- Monthly Book keeping of a portfolio of clients (limited companies)- VAT returns preparation and submission- Payroll & pension processing (Full training will be provided)- Any other ad-hoc duties as required including practice management tasksIn order to be considered for this role, you must;- be comfortable with Xero "without" supervision (Working knowledge of Sage and/or Quick books preferred but not essential)- have at least 2 years experience in a UK based accountancy practice and/or business- be eligible to work in the UKREMUNERATION:- Salary: £23,000 to £26,000 per annum depending on experience- Pension contribution- End of year bonus and pay rise based on performance- 20 days holidayABOUT US:- A firm of Chartered Certified Accountants based in congestion zone of London- IRIS Accountancy Suit for Accounts, taxes, Company secretarial, Practice Management, Auto-mail, and Document management (IRISDOCS)- Partners with Xero, Quickbooks and Sage- Dext/Receipt Bank for efficient bookkeeping systems- Paperless office- Own mobile app for clients’ mileage logJoining date: ASAPRequired skills
