We are seeking a Boathouse Manager to be responsible for rowing operations at Emanuel School, providing excellent rowing support services and maintenance.Key to your role will be providing support to the Director of Rowing in all boathouse operations,with accountability for checking and promoting safe practice and ensuring that School rowing procedures are fully met. You will ensure the Boat Club facilities are well maintained and routine compliance activities are undertaken and recorded, maintaining andsupporting boats, vehicles, and rowing equipment to enable rowers to train, race and compete at the highest levels safely. With experience of rowing, maintenance of boats and rowing equipment, the ideal candidate will also possess good hands-on skills e.g.,woodworking/metal working/engineering and a good knowledge of health and safety compliance.
