Our client is a prestigious and established property management company located in North West London Due to continual expansion the client are looking to recruit an experienced and senior Property Block Manager to join them and take charge of looking after a prestigious portfolio of Properties. Duties to include: * Managing residential block property portfolio within the M25 and North London * Oversee the day to day maintenance* Overseeing day to day contracted and cyclical maintenance* Project manage major internal and external works* Dealing with tenants and leaseholder queries* Assisting with service charge and ground rent calculations* Assisting with budget setting* Managing budgets* Carrying out regular site visits to ensure that all buildings are in accordance with RICS code of practice* Circulate information to residents concerning management issues* Ensuring compliance with section 20 legislation* Reviewing property insurance * Maintain an updated property fileThis is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Block manager with at least 5 years experience to join this exciting and expanding company. You must possess excellent IT skills and knowledge of the Qube system. IRPM qualifications advantageous. The offices are easily accessed and parking is provided.
