Block ManagerHave you got at least 2 years experience in block management Salary: £45,000 (Dependant on experience)Location: West HampsteadYour hours: Monday - Thursday 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM, Friday 9:00AM - 5:30PMWe are seeking a Block Manager with the following qualifications and traits:* Minimum of 2 years experience in block management.* ARPM Qualification preferred; support available for obtaining if not currently held.* Ideally be able to drive.Day-to-Day Responsibilities:* Contractor liaison and coordination of repairs and maintenance for various blocks.* Database maintenance, including updating client and resident records.* Handling incoming calls, messages, and inquiries.* Diary maintenance to ensure scheduling of health & safety tasks.* Informing residents of scheduled visits and assisting with daily tasks.* Managing day-to-day maintenance inquiries from residents.* Arranging and following up on contractor appointments.* Scheduling fire risk assessments and obtaining quotes for remedial works.* Issuing Section 20 notices following correct procedures.* Arranging service contracts and informing residents of visits.* Liaising with freeholders on building issues and attending AGMs.* Liaising with brokers regarding building insurance and utility rates.Benefits: * Enjoy a social, family-friendly work environment with regular social events.* Opportunities for professional growth depending on experience.* Christmas period closed* Free parking* PensionSalary and experience is to be used as a guide only - those outside of this brief may also be considered.Please contact HARRIET at TN RECRUITS to find out more.In application for this role, you are consenting to TN Recruits Ltd retaining your details to secure you work.
