Job Description

Are you a self-starter with strong communication and organisational skills Are you looking to be part of a small and supportive teamIf so, then this could be the role for you.Our client, a leading financial services firm, is looking for a Billings Administrator to join their team in their London office where they provide their full range of services to clients ranging from private individuals to large corporates and non-profit organisations.Your responsibilities will include:

  • Creating and amending records and general database maintenance
  • Working closely with HR to record and maintain staff holiday and leavers records
  • Management of the credit note process
  • Provide training and support to employees when necessary
  • Inbox management, actioning instructions, and queries
  • Your attributes are:
  • Excellent customer focus skills and a professional manner, able to deal with any requests for support or guidance with a positive attitude
  • Results orientated and able to work in a high-pressure environment and adhere to deadlines
  • Able to work well when working closely with colleagues in a small team
  • Able to recognise and anticipate any issues and decide on appropriate action, within best practice measures
  • Your experience:
  • Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Relevant office environment experience
