Job Description

Job Title: Billing SupervisorWe are recruiting for a Billing Supervisor, this role is working for a well-established and reputable organisation based in the London area on a 12 month fixed term contract.You will be:

  • Overseeing the billings team and ensuring a consistent and high level of customer service
  • Leading the billing teams and ensuring all targets are met, processes are followed and customers are communicated to in a timely manner
  • Managing the team and ensuring all performance issues are dealt with as per company guidelines
  • Maintaining thorough and accurate customer record keeping
  • Ensuring all billing processes are correctly documented and up to date at all times
  • Designing processes to deliver great customer care and provide a modern luxury service
  • Ensuring processes remain proactive in line with KPI’s and business contractual conditions
  • Responsible for managing the debtors process ensuring revenue leakage is minimised
  • Overseeing the enforcement and third party fine procedures with a strong understanding of the legal ramifications and business exposure
  • Supporting the delivery of continuous improvements including the requirements for the automation of any processes
The ideal candidate will:
  • Have strong experience in billing and managerial positions
  • Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Be a critical thinker
  • Be able to work to deadlines and react quickly and efficiently
