Billing & Revenue Assurance Lead

Billing & Revenue Assurance LeadOutside IR354 - 6 months initiallyRemote, maybe some occasional travel. Responsibilities:

Management and training of billing and revenue assurance team
Reporting status and metrics of debtors and billing
Work with internal IT and external software providers to constantly improve data and collections
Constant emphasis on customer service through clarity of communication, prompt action and empathetic treatment of customers, balancing maximum collection with minimal churn
Ensure all billing processes and collections are compliant with OFCOM regulations
Senior member of finance team, pivotal in the accurate reporting and forecasting of revenues, cash and debtor balances

Skills & Experience:

Degree or Masters qualification in Finance or Business.
Qualified Accountant or equivalent through experience
Proven experience as a manager in a finance/billing role for a minimum of 5 years.
Previous experience in a high transaction volume environment.
Previous experience in a telecommunication/technology-based environment preferred.
Working knowledge and understand of specialist billing systems and automated payments is advantageous.
