Job Description

We are looking for an experienced BI Development Manager who has solid experience with SQL Server, Microsoft BI Technologies and experience working in the NHS to join a reputable company in West Sussex on a full-time, permanent basis.Essential Skills and Experience

  • Extensive experience of working in the NHS in an Informatics role
  • Extensive experience of designing, developing and supporting databases (or data warehouses).
  • Extensive experience of SQL using complex data synonymous with the NHS
  • Extensive experience of MS SQL Server, including SSIS, SSRS and SSAS
  • Good knowledge of current national policies relating to NHS Information and IT arenas
  • Working knowledge of PbR
  • NHS Data Dictionary
  • SUS+
  • Ability to work autonomously, under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Able to build working relationships and networks with individuals and groups of staff at all levels
  • Ability to prioritise workloads and conflicting demands
  • Methodical with attention to detail
  • Educated to degree level or equivalent experience
    • Desirable Skills and Experience
  • Qualification in IT related discipline
  • Accredited course in NHS Informatics
  • Microsoft Certification in SQL Server
  • BI Analysis software i.e. QlikView, Tableau, Power BI
  • Visual Studio
  • Project Management
  • SLAM
  • Agile methodologies
  • Information Governance
  • NHS Targets / National Returns
