Job Description

We are growing - fast - and have big ambitions across both the consultancy and technology spaces. In order to achieve these ambitions, were hiring a Business Intelligence Developer to support the delivery of data migration projects for some of the UKsbiggest brand names.Youll sit within our Data and BI division and report into our Data Director, Jemma. As a Business Intelligence Developer at Intuita, youll be responsible for designing and developing data models, both cloud and on prem. Using techniques such as Kimball,3NF or Data Vault 2.0 to build foundational, reusable data assets.Your typical week will include:

  • writing clean, effective and reusable code
  • data analysis- assessing the suitability of existing and potential new data for use
  • involvement in complex client solutions (the degree of involvement will vary depending on your skill level e.g. support up to full ownership-leading technical and project delivery)
  • being a point of contact with stakeholders, often presenting back to them

  • ample experience designing and developing data models, star schemas, dimension and fact tables and slowly changing dimensions
  • hands on experience of a BI transformation (on prem to AWS, GCP or Snowflake)
  • excellent technical knowledge of SQL and relational databases
  • business analysis and requirements gathering skills, including the ability to interpret and align multiple stakeholders requirements
  • natural problem solving skills, with the drive to follow issues through to resolution
  • clear and effective communication skills, both written and orally
  • proven experience working with large, complex datasets
