Job Description

We specialise in the recruitment of high quality candidates in the Retail sector. We have an excellent opportunity for several Beauty Consultants to join a luxury retail cosmetic store based in Central London.The company has prestigious stores in London, Paris, Berlin and Amsterdam.Average sales commission per month:Minimum income offered monthlyOTE £3,000 to £4,000Total Annual Package £36,000 to £48,000 inc OTEBeauty Consultants Core Duties

  • Approach potential customers
  • Carry out sales presentations/ demos of cosmetics products
  • Discuss range of products available
  • Answer product enquiries
  • Close the sale
  • Romanian/ Bulgarian/ Greece/ Italian/ French or other European language is considered a plus
Beauty Consultants Skills & Key Experience
  • High level personality and passion for working
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Hunter skills would be desirable
  • Highly polished and presentable
  • Excellent communications skills
  • Experience in Retail / Cosmetics advantageous, but not essential
  • Previous sales and customer care experience not required; Great training and induction programme to support your development and growth.
