Job Description

We are seeking a well-organised and diligent professional to provide administration support to the Real Estate team by helping them with the procedures, and telephone coverage. This role is ideal for a 2019-2022 graduate who is actively looking to kick-start their career in a stable and corporate environment within a bank.Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support for the team, plus telephone coverage, including Private Banking customers.
  • To provide accurate and efficient typing support from written and recorded material, utilising Microsoft Office to ensure the layout and appearance meet corporate standards, maintaining confidentiality at all times.
  • To support the Real Estate Team in delivering corporate/strategic objectives and administration tasks, including diary management, preparation and coordination for/of meetings.
  • Preparing mainly bill payments/filing / and clients account balance checking.
  • To sort and distribute mail accordingly throughout the department.
  • To coordinate, prepare and record documentation for meetings, including drafting, typing, copying, collation and circulation of papers.
  • To set up and maintain an efficient new manual filing system in support of the services covering purchases, sales and lease extensions, reviewing to meet changing demands in consultation for auditing purposes for the Departments Assistant Manager and AdministrativeSupport.
  • To assist with the collation, storage and recording of archive documentation.
  • To set up and maintain efficient and effective monitoring systems - To ensure that copies are filed within the appropriate folder.
  • To update and maintain electronic diaries for the Assistant Manager and Real Estate Department using Microsoft Outlook.
  • To share responsibility for covering reception as and when required by the Private Banking and Real Estate Department.
  • To share responsibility for providing support within the remit of the Administrative Support Team under the direction of the Assistant Manager for the Real Estate Department.
  • To plan, organise and prioritise own workload to meet deadlines.
  • To work with the scope of the Data Protection Act 1998
Expectations:
  • 2019-2022 graduate, we are also open to school leavers
  • At least six months of administration experience
  • Good organisational skills
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Strong team player
  • Ideally, Arabic speaking but not mandatory
