We are offering an exciting opportunity for an experienced renal nurse to join our experienced nursing team, in developing the Home Therapies service. We are looking for a dynamic, highly motivated and enthusiastic renal nurse with a genuine interest in peritoneal dialysis, along with a commitment to continuous learning, teamwork and mutual support.We provide in-patient and out-patient support for patients on peritoneal dialysis across all sites. The post holder will have their own caseload of patients, and work in close collaboration with the Clinical Nurse Specialist and other members of the MDT.We look forward to hearing from applicants who are registered nurses with substantive renal experience and the ability to work at specialist level. Previous peritoneal dialysis experience is an advantage. The applicant will need to demonstrate excellent communication skills and a proven track record of teaching in a clinical setting.We offer continuing education, support and development.
