As a Patient Services Portering Supervisor you will be an active team member, working closely with Support Services Team Leaders and colleagues. The post holder will assist in delivering the provision of an effective and efficient 24 hour Portering Service at the Royal Free Hospital and its associated facilities.The successful candidate will have relevant experience of portering and supervising within the healthcare sector, hotel industry or a similar environment and also have extensive experience of dealing with the public. You will be confident in allocating and escalating job requests to Patient Services Porters.This post requires a dedicated and reliable individual who possesses excellent organisational and communication skills. You need to be able work on your own initiative and in the capacity of Patient Services Portering Supervisor work when required, in the general porters ‘pool’.
