Were looking for a driven, talented, food loving, charismatic and freaking awesome General Manager to join our team and run one of our most prestigious B&I client contracts.Based in West London on an award winning business park, our client is an international household name, with beautiful brand new offices. Were looking for a General Manager to oversee the staff restaurant, hospitality, bar and events service at this fantasticsite.Youll lead a team of 6 on-site, with the support of our central kitchen and HQ ensuring our food and service are the highlight of our customers days. This is a sleeves rolled up, hands-on management positions. Youll need to lead from the front, managingthe team and managing your own time in order to delivery fantastic food to our customers and efficient contract management for our client.Youll be responsible for implementing standards, driving innovation and leading teams. Suited to an agile operations expert with a background in B&I catering and a knowledge and love of the London food scene. This is a client facing role, so strong interpersonaland commercial skills are a must as youll be visible to clients day-in-day-out and financially accountable for the contract.Youll have a minimum of 2 years proven, successful experience as a GM or Deputy GM in the B&I sector with demonstrable experience of managing and motivating a high performing team.
