Job Description

AV & Digital Signage Applications Support EngineerProspero are currently searching for an experienced AV & Digital Signage Applications Support Engineer to join a global AV integrator.Key Details:

  • Up to £50k
  • London
  • Permanent
Responsibilities:
  • Management of back end of applications Crestron Fusion, Cabletime and Digital Signage
  • Managing and sending security/OS and network related vulnerabilities for remediation for applications Crestron Fusion, Cabletime and Digital Signage.
  • Managing user access and revocations for applications Cabletime and Digital Signage
  • Resolving Non Permitted technology flags for software hosted on services related to applications Crestron Fusion, Cabletime and Digital Signage.
  • Oversee weekend patching on the weekends when the production environment is being patched for applications Crestron Fusion, Cabletime and Digital Signage.
  • Every Sunday following patching works ensuring checks on applications Crestron Fusion, Cabletime and Digital Signage have been conducted and to inform the business the applications are BAU for Monday.
  • To complete projects requested from the business as per the BOW for applications Crestron Fusion, Cabletime and Digital Signage in the timeframe agreed.
  • Actioning RISE deliverables Items for applications Cabletime and Digital Signage, the deliverables are compliance driven to ensure applications are falling within the constraints of the latest compliant regulations.
  • Supporting and conduct Data recovery exercises/events for applications Crestron Fusion, Cabletime and Digital Signage.
