Job Description

AV Design EngineerOur client is a highly respected residential AV integrator who work predominantly on large multi-dwelling installations, this an excellent opportunity to join a highly repected integrator who really value their staff and offer real career progression.Role Responsibilities

  • Attending internal design meetings
  • Create project design information, including:
  • Floor Plan layouts
  • Schematic drawings
  • Elevation drawings
  • Cabling schematics
  • Assist with the production of specification sheets
  • Create working drawings and designs for the manufacture of bespoke items
  • 3D renderings and design as needed
  • Creating as built drawings and O+M manuals
  • Liaising with Architect, Contractor & Client design team with regards to the specific details
    • Person Spec
  • Extensive knowledge of Auto CAD 2D
  • Understanding of Auto CAD 3D or 3DS MAX desirable
  • Proficient user of Microsoft Office including Word and Excel
  • Self-starter
  • Team player
  • Confident communicator
  • Able to work to own initiative
  • Car driver desirable
