Job Description

Business Development Manager - AV Solutions Up to £60,000 + Uncapped OTE (£100k +) + BenefitsLondon (office/field based)An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly driven and energetic AV Business Development Manager to join one of the UKs leading IT Solution providers, who are currently undergoing an exciting period of growth and have built strong partnerships withtop global technology providers such as Dell, HPE and Apple.Our client is seeking a real go-getter who has a consistent high-performance sales track record in the AV Solutions market, working for an IT Reseller organisation. As an AV Business Development Manager, you will be expected to source new clients and develop into fruition. The position is new business focused and will involve a high level of telephone based sales activity, aswell as meeting clients face-to-face in order to fully understand their business needs.The role will come with specific vendor training, but you will be expected to hit the ground running and therefore must know the industry and also must have a wide knowledge of various vendors in the AV sector.The successful AV Business Development Manager will possess:

  • Experience in selling video conferencing, digital signage, projectors, screens and audio solutions of multiple vendors
  • A real passion and drive for hunting down new business
  • Excellent ability to communicate and build relationships at C level
  • Excellent presenting and client facing skills
  • Ability to understand and articulate client requirements
  • Strong planning, organization and reporting skills
  • Demonstrable background of generating and maintaining strong annual GP figures (£300k G.P. +)
  • Willingness to work from the London based office
