As an Audit Senior Manager, you will be at the forefront of delivering high-quality audit and assurance services. You will be responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of clients, ensuring the smooth running of the audit process, and mentoring team members.Client DetailsThis company is a large professional services firm based in London.   • Managing a diverse portfolio of clients across various industries.
  • Overseeing the audit process to ensure compliance with regulatory standards inline with IFRS, UK and USGAAP.
  • Mentoring and your team and manage staff appraisals
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met.
  • Ensuring the timely delivery of audit and assurance services.
  • Contributing to the firms business development activities.
  • Reviewing and finalising financial statements.
  • Identifying and communicating potential risks and opportunities to enhance the audit process.
ProfileA successful Audit Senior Manager should have:
  • A professional qualification in accounting or a related field (ACA/ACCA or equivalent) is essential
  • Proven experience in audit and assurance services within the professional services industry (UK Firm).
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to guide and mentor junior team members.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A high level of attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure.
  • Must have the right to work
