You’ll be someone who is comfortable working pro-actively and, managing your own tasks, as well as confidentcollaborating with others and communicating regularly with Senior Managers, Directors, and BDO’s Partners. You’ll help deliver accurate and transparent reporting to all relevant stakeholders as you provide long term value. Were looking for an Experienced Manager with a background in technical programme development to join our Audit Learning & Development team as Lead Author for Early in Careers.Lead authors coordinate the activities of the secondees. They work with the Business Partnering team and Audit Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to understanding the business objectives for a particular training need and then translate those into key learning objectivesand design learning interventions that meet these needs effectively. This includes the use of learning design methodologies, innovation, and insights (co-created with the Innovation and Technology team) to author complex content. This is reviewed by the LearningDevelopment and Monitoring Lead. Lead authors will review content prepared by design secondees and support the Learning Implementation team with project management activity. Lead Authors are also expected to be involved in facilitation of their programmeswhere appropriate. You will:
