AV Engineer / Audio Visual Engineer - BAU Support / Project Work; Installations, Moves & Changes (IMAC). Creation, MS Teams, WebEx, Cisco, Yealink, Exterity; Projectors, Screens, Microphones, Amps, Speakers (All Brands). Contract, 3 Months+, On-site (ClientSite, Banking), Inside IR35. £250 - £265 p/day Contract Rate. - Immediate Start Required AV Engineer / Audio Visual Engineer Required by leading MSP consultAncy to work onsite at one of their prestigious clients, a global Investment bank. You will be required to assist in provision of AV service to the EMEA operation whilst also servicing a userbase of approx 1500 in London, as part of the wider AV team. You will assist users on a face-to-face basis and remotely where appropriate and monitor v/c equipment establishing point to point / multi-point connections whilst interconnecting auxiliary equipmentvia the use of Cisco and Yealink systems. Experience in both Cisco and Yealink systems is therefore desirable. A CTS or other A/V accreditation is also desirable. Further required technical experience includes the ability to set up, interconnect and operate both audio and video equipment: inclusive of digital; video cameras, speakers, amps, microphones and related systems being utilised in meeting room environments,event spaces and for general desk based office A/V usage largely focussing on MS Teams and Cisco WebEx. You will be heavily involved in the upgrade work which the MSP is engaged to deliver, providing valuable onsite knowledge from the daily BAU work that youundertake. You will also run some product demos to staff of the bank and provide elements of training, where appropriate. The successful candidate will possess excellent customer service skills, a responsive approach to service enquiries and the ability to interact with VIP users in a supportive and highly professional manner. As such a background in professional services / thefinance sector is highly desirable. We are seeking an experienced AV Engineer / Audio Visual Engineer / AV Analyst who can work autonomously, and as part of a team, and who ideally has demonstrable exposure to working in a similar setup with MSP consultancyand end user client. A degree of flexibility will be required in this role and some early or later shifts. Some opportunity to work from home may present itself further down the line but the primary objective is onsite hardware support.
