Complex Repairs: Skillfully diagnose and address complex repairs for void properties, preventing financial loss through timely completion. Disrepair Claims: Collaborate closely with Disrepair Case Managers, conducting inspections and drafting specifications for new disrepair claims under Section 11. Technical Specifications: Provide precise specifications for intricate repairs, maintaining professional standards. Resident Consultation: Effectively consult with residents, addressing their needs and concerns. Contractor Liaison: Efficiently coordinate with repair contractors, monitoring their performance. Cost-effective Solutions: Devise and propose cost-effective solutions to repair challenges. Quality Checks: Perform thorough quality checks and post-inspections of completed works orders.
