Job Description

International search firm based in London and Paris, this role being London-based. Specialists in Executive Search and Interim Management Services for C-Suite and Senior Management across key functions in the Energy, Infrastructure, Industrial and Manufacturingsectors.Our client is in need of French speaking Associate Recruitment Consultants where you will be trained by industry experts.Client DetailsOur client is an international boutique search firm specialised in Executive Search, Interim Management and Leadership Advisory Services, headquartered in London, and primarily focusing on the Energy, Infrastructure, and Industrial sectors.Description

  • The development and execution of successful delivery strategies for retained search and interim management assignments
  • The identification and engagement of potential candidates
  • Preparation of progress reports for clients
  • Collaboration with the wider team to write candidate reports and produce shortlists for clients
  • Demonstration of market knowledge in associated industries and geographical areas
  • Assistance with projects such as Business Development campaigns, drafting presentations, and case studies etc.
  • Development and management of a personal network of professional contacts, fostering relationships built on credibility and trust
This role is ideal for someone interested in the Industrial / Manufacturing / Energy / Infrastructure space as you will be exposed to all parts to the recruitment process needed to excel.ProfileOur client is in need of fluent French and English speakers, and you will ideally have some experience in working in recruitment / sales / a commercial office environment. Our client is also open to hiring Graduates with little to no career experience, butyou must have an appetite for business and know that the world of recruitment is one that you want to begin a career in.
  • Desirable - familiarity with the retained search process, or similar
  • An interest in one or more of our clients target market sectors; Energy; Infrastructure; Industrial; Manufacturing
  • Desire and ability to learn and invest in yourself to develop a market specialisation that may be useful to you and the firm
  • Upholding our clients Intellectual Property by utilising their CRM system and other storage systems in a disciplined manner
  • Ideally tech savvy and proficient in the use of Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
  • An additional language like Spanish or German is a plus but certainly not essential - French speaking, however, is
  • Eagerness for learning and natural curiosity
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Outgoing, well-spoken and not afraid to interact with senior individuals
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills
  • Results-focused approach and commitment to go the extra mile
  • Team player who can collaborate effectively and contribute to shared goals
  • Interest in innovative and technological solutions such as AI-powered tools like ChatGPT, and a data-driven approach to sourcing and candidate engagement
  • Strong organisation, planning, and project management skills
