Job Description

Are you looking to start your career in an exciting growth business Are you someone that enjoys speaking to a variety of people, is competitive, and enjoys finding solutions and winning We are looking for high energy ambitious individuals to working within one of our growing functions where we provide solutions to a variety of clients across HR, Finance, IT, Sales and Business Support.The RoleWorking closely with the Manager of our Solutions business you will provide excellent support across all recruitment administration including the launching of adverts and searches to phone screening and evaluating candidates for vacancies with our clients. You will will work collaboratively with your manager to deliver on the recruitment strategy to attract the best talent for our clients which include some of the most exciting businesses in the UK.What will the role involve

  • Advertising vacancies on various digital media
  • Booking and coordinating interviews and processing feedback
  • Evaluating candidates across different vacancies
  • Providing administration support across the end to end recruitment process
  • Project work delegated by the Recruitment Manager
  • Mapping and searching for candidates using the latest technology

  • Previous phone experience is desirable but not essential. We will teach you everything you need to know but this is a high volume calls position speaking to candidates that are applying for positions
  • An excellent work ethic with the ambition to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Organised, process driven and systematic in your approach to your work
  • Resilience and the ability to influence people.
  • Eager to learn and develop as a recruitment support professional.
  • Minimum C grade GCSE English & Maths
