Penguin Recruitment is delighted to be supporting a trusted and respected planning and development consultancy in London with the hire of an Associate Town Planner.Our client works with a range of clients on a range of projects that fall in multiple sectors such as Residential, Education, Energy, Commercial, Leisure, Retail and Heritage.ServicesWorking in an experienced and well-balanced team, you will help provide the following services to your clients;-Strategic Advice-Planning Appraisals-Planning and Prior Approval Applications-Appeals-Expert Witness-EIA-Placemaking Consultancy-Land PromotionRequirements to ApplyCandidates should hold a planning qualification (or similar) and appropriate experience commensurate to a Senior/Principal/Associate Town Planner and RTPI Chartership (ideal but not essential).
