Job Description

Associate Electrical Design EngineerUp to £70,000LondonAre you a skilled Associate Electrical Engineer with great experience in the built environment now looking for a new challenge Look no further.If you are seeking to utilise your experience (within other mission-critical facilities i.e Airports, Research facilities, Pharmaceutical projects or any others within the built environment) and transfer over to the data centre industry this is a fantasticpathway.This International partner-owned engineering consultancy are recognised within the top tier of the built environment and are renowned for their speciality within the data centre industry, delivering the detailed design of facilities up to 500 MW.Responsibilities

  • Responsible for running Major projects. Takes Team Management role in the development and design and coordination of engineering project services for Electrical installations, systems, equipment, facilities etc. (majority of building types)
  • Undertake detailed design of mission-critical facilities, shifting your electrical engineering expertise into this buoyant market,
  • You will develop new and nurture existing outstanding client relationships that maximise satisfaction and ensure repeat business and will use your wealth of expertise
  • Take on a client-facing role, Representing the company at technical meetings, presenting new ideas and findings
Requirements
  • Must be a Chartered Engineer
  • Educated to degree level in Electrical Engineering or Building Services Engineering (MEng or BEng or equivalent)
  • Significant experience of specification design for a range of building types
  • Experience of data centre or other mission-critical projects
  • Must have 8+ years of experience
