Are you an Associate Director looking to work on consumer projects Then you could be the perfect fit for one of the largest market research companies in this flexible Associate Director role!JOB TITLE: Associate DirectorSALARY Up to £65kLOCATION: LondonTHE COMPANYA market research agency who were founded in over 25 years ago, who have a vibrant and friendly environment, delivering bespoke research for a vast range of clients. An international agency who focus on consistently growing, giving amazing opportunitiesfor their staff.They work across a range of markets to include Consumer, Healthcare, B2B, Media and Social sectors with clients such as Tesco, Samsung, DAZN and John Lewis, delivering the best insights for their clients no matter which workstream they are in. They donthave shareholders, so they make their own rules when it comes to hiring, not just a certain window in the year.They are currently looking to bring on a Associate Director level candidate, who has experience in or is looking to work projects within the consumer sector for a variety of clients.KEY DUTIES

  • Owning key account relationships, spending time understanding the priorities and needs for clients
  • Being a quality gatekeeper, ensuring that the work delivered is something to be proud of
  • Getting involved in the day to day, from helping shape questionnaires, structuring analysis and delivering debriefs
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
  • Previous experience writing winning proposals, and designing bespoke solutions to answer clients business questions
  • Previous experience pro-actively growing existing accounts
  • Previous experience developing and pushing more junior members of the team, helping drive progression
