Job Description

Private Client Associate Director (HNW Producer) Location: LondonSalary: Negotiable depending on candidates track record and experienceWe are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join an established HNW insurance broker as a Private Client Associate Director. This role will primarily focus on development and requires a candidate who has a proven track recordin building strong relationships and placing Private Client / HNW Insurance.Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and nurture relationships with HNW individuals and clients to generate business opportunities.
  • Utilise your own contacts and strategies to drive production and contribute to the overall growth of the business
  • Capitalise on available support, such as introductions, referrals, and cross selling opportunities
  • Over time, inherit existing clients and further expand client base through exceptional service and relationship management
  • Liaise with insurance carriers and underwriters to negotiate and secure favourable terms and coverage for clients

Requirements:
  • Track record in the Private Client / HNW Insurance industry
  • Proven track record in developing and maintaining fruitful relationships with HNW individuals and clients
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of insurance products and coverages in the Private Client segment
  • Being hands on and handling all client transactions, production, renewals, claims and MTAs etc
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
  • Proficiency in relevant software and databases
