Everyone has a career in this bank, and the opportunity to earn a 30%+ bonusand hybrid working conditions.To be considered for this role, CassonX are looking to identify someone with proven experience inAML, KYC or other AML/ATF and compliance related functions, coupled with knowledge of current and anticipated regulatory frameworks impacting client onboardingknowledge of European KYC/AML. You will be able to demonstrate examplesof quality control processes and a solid understanding of the global banking and capital markets business lines, products, services, operations, systems, as well as workflows across theFront, Middle and Back Offices You will be someone whohas the technical knowledge but also someone that is a strong team lead/manager. This role is responsiblefor 4 more junior staff and a structured and disciplined approach to quality management, data management,metrics and reporting as well as a continuous improvement and innovative mindset is encouraged. CANDER, Dodd Frank, EMIR and FATCA knowledge will be an asset.This exciting role will involve delivery within tight timeline as well as regular problem solving with high ambiguity and complexity across 1A, 1B and 2nd line stakeholders, and supports their Global Banking and Markets (GBM) Onboarding European QualityControl Mandate. TheirControl functions encompasses assessment for GBM KYC of new customer, addition of product/fund, trigger event and periodic review regulatory onboarding activities across all risk levels to ensure that they are executed/delivered in compliancewith all governing regulations, internal policies and procedures. Including, but not limited to; KYC, AML, ATF, Sanctions and where applicable; EMIR, Dodd-Frank, Canadian Derivatives, FATCA, CRS and FCA Client Categorization. In this capacity, the incumbentwill also support the KYC analysts to enhance process, controls and data quality, as well as building the team capabilities.More information is available to those who submit a relevant CV.
