Job Description

My client one of the top preforming and fastest growing companies globally, a leading provider of IT consulting and business process out-sourcing services requires a Associate Director Digital Retail Banking to join their Banking and Financial Services division.They are seeking a leader to work within their ecosphere of clients, start-ups, alliances and design agencies to deliver the next generation of banking products and experiences. The role will provide you as an individual the opportunity to lead a rapidlygrowing entrepreneurial team working with leading UK and European based clients.Skill and Experience- Associate Director Digital Retail Banking

  • Previous experience of helping to build a consulting or agency business - balancing client delivery with business development and practice management
  • Comfortable in all aspects of programme design and leadership including governance design, on boarding of and management of resources, large team leadership, performance management, continuous improvement and handover/close down
  • Experience in Transformation programmes, with retail banking clients; helping them to achieve their business, technology, strategic and operational goals
  • Full project life cycle change or product management experience
  • Experience in dev ops / design ops environments
  • Expertise in a range of digital project management / workflow tooling (JIRA, Trello, MS Project, Clarity)
  • Understanding of the changes taking place in the banking industry including partnership ecosystems, use of emerging technologies (AI, ML, Blockchain) new business models (digital disruption, open banking marketplace)
