Job Description

We are looking to hire an experienced recruiter for our clients market leading In-house commerce & industry tax team.Established in 1999, our client is a privately-owned search and recruitment firm. The in-house tax team is a market leader which offers their clients a bespoke approach to recruitment offering both contingent and search. Over the last 20 years they have built a platform of FTSE 100 and Multi-National Corporates.They now have an opportunity for an experienced recruiter (Associate Director) to join the team and take on a warm desk due to growth and a positive outlook moving into 2021. The AD will work with the in-house tax team and wider practice team to developboth existing PSLs and new relationships under the support and guidance of the Commerce & Industry Tax Director.Job purpose:
  • A client focused role where you will build and further develop already warm relationships
  • Further build a sustainable revenue stream and develop strong line-manager relationships, working on a probable mixture of contingent and retained work.
  • Develop and maintain a candidate acquisition strategy to attract top tier tax talent.
  • Leverage existing PSL relationships within flow accounts.
  • Develop additional client relationships with new and fast track growth clients.
  • Over time - and if desired - grow headcount beneath you to enhance the coverage of the offering.
