A fantastic opportunity for an Associate (Asso 0, 1 or 2) has arisen within a highly active team. In this position you will gain access to high deal volume, work on primarily execution and accrue tier 1 experience working on large, high profile cross-bordertransactions - in particular M&A and financings. Your responsibilities will centre on the following:You will take a pivotal role in day-to-day execution work on M&A and other corporate finance transactions across the Industrials sectorPerforming financialanalysis, strategic business analysis and detailed industry researchContributing actively to the origination effort / Preparing and delivering client presentations in a clear and compelling mannerProviding support to senior bankers in developing andmaintaining client relationships, income streams or new business opportunitiesActing as a mentor and role model to the more junior members of the team My client is targeting someone whose profile demonstrates:Excellent financial analysis skillsSolidMergers and Acquisitions (M&A) skills, gained from either a product or sector team and with a desire to progress to MD in a tier 1 institutionProven deal execution track-record through previous hands-on experience
