Where you will be working on a variety of projects in the Commercial and Residential sector. Their high-qualityservice and emphasis on social impact has created success for this firm which has resulted in them having won a high number of projects, which is why they are looking to add to their dynamic workforce.In this role youll have a number of responsibilities including assisting with the tender process including preparing tender documents, evaluating contractor bids and negotiating those contracts. Youll also be responsible for cost reports and identifying opportunitiesto improve financial performance during projects. You will also be supporting the management of stakeholders throughout all stages of the process by building and maintaining strong relationships and ensuing strong communication is maintained throughout.Therefore, the ideal candidate will have previous experience in a Junior or assistant Quantity Surveyor position within the Commercial or Residential sector.
