Job Description

We are looking for an Assistant Merchandiser who is looking to progress andcontinuously grow within their business. This amazing brand is all about women self-empowerment, supporting the forever change women are faced with.JOB ROLE: Assistant MerchandiserCOMPANY: LUXURY FASHION BRANDHOURS: 08:30-17:30 / Hybrid workingSALARY: £25-£29KLOCATION: WEST END LONDONDUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT EXCLUSIVE TO:

  • Reporting to Merchandiser, deputising when required
  • Manage and oversee Store Inventory & replenishment
  • Line Card Management - Updating & Forecasting weekly
  • Sizing analysis & management of continuity availability
  • Managing intake & updating sales within the WSSI
  • Manage and Oversee Monday Trade Reports
  • Maintaining Range Plans & POs as part of Critical Path
  • Pricing Management for both Ecom & Stores
  • Pulling together Promo & Markdown lists
  • Assist with both ad hoc & Seasonal Analysis- Sizing, Lessons Learnt, Building Blocks
  • Manage & develop direct reports - MAA
  • Work in collaboration with Assistant Merchandiser counterpart
  • Foster strong relationships with Key Stakeholders outside of the day-to-day team
SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED:
  • Knowledge of Clothing & sized categories
  • Highly attentive and has an eye for detail
  • Demonstrates commercial awareness
  • Proactive as well as reactive
  • Approachable and friendly working well in a team
  • Excellent Organisational skills
  • Ability to prioritise workload
  • Highly proficient in excel, with experience in other Key Office programs
  • Good command of the English language both Written and Spoken
