To support and assist the relevant E-commerce Buyer/Senior Buyer in the achievement of theCategory budgeted KPIs (Sales/Income/Terms). Growing and trading the dropship (B2C) rangesacross several product areas whilst ensuring that all required administrative actions are completedin a timely manner and within the appropriate deadlines.Client DetailsAn established brand having developed over 140 years to become a leading hardware store. They focus on people development and training in the fast paced environment that is retail!Description Developing competitive & commercial ranges within dropship (B2C) fulfilment On-boarding new suppliers & brands in collaboration with wider stakeholders Competitor range & pricing analysis with the assistance of the company pricing tool Identifying & implementing strategic promotional opportunities Adapting product offering based on customer feedback and behaviour Supplier negotiation & reviewing commercial opportunities Weekly sales reporting & Google Analytics awareness Identify improvements & suggestions to website categorisation/customer experience Compiling relevant industry and market information Reviewing social media trends relating to the product categoryProfile Experienced in working with brands & suppliers Background in dropship/online buying preferable Exposure to a retail trading environment Experience of communicating effectively with internal and external stakeholders Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills Desirable skills in Powerpoint/Google Slides Highly organised with a determination to succeed Great communicator & experienced in negotiation Ability to multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environment Highly numerate Passion for product and retailing AmbitiousJob Offer Competitive salary 26 days holiday + bank holidays Annual Bonus Scheme with the potential to earn up to 10% of annual salary based on EBITA& personal KPI contribution to be discussed during the probation period Eligible to join the stakeholder pension scheme Eligible for Life Assurance cover x 1 annual salary on completion of 12 months service Group discounts with 4 other retailers owned by the same group
