The job holder will need to deliver excellent customer service and work together with colleagues to ensure the smooth running of daily operations.Essential responsibilities include but not limited to

  • Ensure excellent customer service at the close counter
  • Deal with transactions related to customer’s deposit, withdraw, outward remittance, cheque, internal transfer, foreign exchange, account closure, encashment of credit card and encashment of demand draft
  • Be responsible for maintenance of customer information
  • Conduct customer trigger events review and system update
  • Answer customer telephone enquiries
  • Ensure that all activities comply with compliance requirements as defined in the Bank’s policies and procedures
  • Assist the Open Counter Team when needed to ensure the smooth running of daily operations in the banking hall
Person specification
  • Degree educated in Finance, Economics, Accounting or MBA, or relevant qualification
  • Customer service experience in the Banking sector
  • Knowledge of financial regulations in respect of general compliance such as Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and sanctions
  • Team player
  • Excellent written and oral English and Chinese communication skills
