Job Description

Assistant Bar Manager – London Title: Assistant Bar Manager (Venue)Location: LondonSalary: Up to £23,900We are currently looking for an enthusiastic Assistant Bar Manager for a fantastic venue in London. A popular and well-known site with a reputation for exceptional customer service.About the role:

  • Lead a team of cocktail bartenders during service
  • To assist in the set up and delivery of public events
  • To support the Bars Management team in the day-to-day operation of the bar
    • The ideal candidate:
  • Have strong previous cocktail and mixology experience, as well as having a high level of customer service and sales experience.
  • You will be confident in leading a team, teaching cocktails and running service in a busy environment.
  • You will be able to cope well with pressure and show a strong ability to solve problems.
  • You will be flexible in your approach to work and be able to learn new skills quickly!
